The Leat Room

The Leat Room is situated in the original mill building itself and has a dual aspect with views over the Mill Leat and the grounds to the Otter Valley beyond.

Old timber beams are a particular feature of this double bedded room which is enhanced by the luxurious en-suite bathroom.

Complimentary tea and coffee is available from the hospitality tray and you can sit back and relax in your room with its own remote controlled television. A separate guest lounge is also available.

If you need to use the internet there is WIFI coverage throughout the house.

In addition, the adjacent children’s Sack Room, which share the en-suite facilities, make this ideal for a family.
