If travelling by car:-

From the M5 South-bound.
Leave the motorway at junction 28 on to the A373 sign-posted Honiton. After driving through the village of Awliscombe and then passing over the River Otter, turn left into Tracey Road. The Mill can be found on the left.

From the M5 North-bound.
At Exeter, take A30 East sign-posted Honiton. Leave at the Honiton exit. At the T junction by The Lodge Motel, turn left towards town centre. Turn left at the traffic lights signposted Cullompton & Awliscombe into Dowell Street.After passing over the A30 take the first right in to Tracey Road. The Mill can be found on the left.

From the M3/A303 West-bound.
The A303 joins the A30 as it passes through the Blackdown Hills. After Monkton, take the first Honiton exit. Follow the signs to the Town Centre.
Drive the length of the High Street and then turn right at the traffic lights signposted Cullompton & Awliscombe into Dowell Street.After passing over the A30 take the first right in to Tracey Road. The Mill can be found on the left.

From the A35
Upon entering Honiton, follow signs to Town Centre. Drive the length of the High Street and then turn right at the traffic lights signposted Cullompton & Awliscombe into Dowell Street. After passing over the A30 take the first right in to Tracey Road. The Mill can be found on the left.

If travelling by Rail:-

Honiton is on the London Waterloo – Exeter line. Tracey Mill is about a mile from the station where taxis are available.
